That means that RightsDirect itself incurs only very limited costs for rights management. To the limited extent they are incurred by RightsDirect, management costs are partly due to performing its statutory duties to provide information and transparency, and partly due to its provision, as an agent of CCC, of information to potential licensees, whether or not in the course of negotiationsRightsDirect daily transfers all collected moneys into CCC’s custody without making any deductions in respect of management fees or for any purpose other than management fees.
